Baithaki Live is building one of Odisha's most culturally distinct live music experiences, where intimate curation meets world-class musical storytelling. As we scale into upcoming chapters, we are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us power the business side of the stage.
This is not a routine desk job.
This is for someone who knows how to turn conversations into collaborations, brands into believers, and opportunities into sold-out cultural moments.
What You'll Do
- Identify, approach, and onboard relevant sponsors/brand partners for upcoming Baithaki chapters
- Build sponsorship decks, proposals, and customized brand integration pitches
- Lead partnership conversations from outreach to closure
- Develop strategic alliances with hospitality, media, lifestyle, and ecosystem partners
- Support ticketing and audience growth campaigns through strategic marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed seamlessly
- Explore monetisation opportunities beyond sponsorships including merchandising, experiences, collaborations, etc.
- Help strengthen Baithaki's positioning in the live events and cultural ecosystem
What We Expect!
- Prior experience in sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / event marketing / business development
- Strong network across brands, agencies, startups, or regional business communities is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of live events, experiential marketing, or entertainment ecosystems
- Ability to work independently and deliver against targets
- Someone who believes culture can be monetised without diluting its soul
