Role:Sales/Marketing Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new B2B customers across assigned territories through targeted outreach, cold calling, and field visits.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify leads, present solutions, run demos, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Execute and coordinate local marketing activitiesemail campaigns, events, and regional digital campaignsto generate qualified leads and nurture pipeline.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM; produce weekly sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities post-sale.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and regional events; gather market insights to inform go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in field or inside sales with demonstrable quota attainment (B2B preferable).
- Comfortable with frequent travel across assigned territories in India.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; strong commercial acumen and basic understanding of aviation or enterprise software is a plus.
