Salary Range: 35,000 45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview

Excel Range Media is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. Candidates with strong knowledge of sales, digital sales, and digital marketing services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert leads by visiting potential clients across Delhi NCR.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote and sell digital marketing and media services to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Track, manage, and update sales reports on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development roles.
• Strong knowledge of traditional sales, digital sales, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads through field visits and cold calling.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• We need a energetic candidate who is eager to create efforts into leads.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR will be given preference.
