Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Assistant, based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams by conducting market research, managing customer service interactions, and contributing to sales activities. Daily tasks will also include assisting in the creation of marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities to enhance the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales analysis
- Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing principles
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Eagerness to learn with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
