Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to market research, sales lead generation, and supporting the sales team with order processing and customer management. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis (50-60%):
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Track industry trends and consumer preferences to help develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on market conditions, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.

Sales Support (30-40%):

  • Generate sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Assist with sales order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Monitor payment collections and ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team in customer relationship management and help close deals.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support the development of new product launches and sales campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fresher with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in market research or sales support (a plus but not required).
