Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kochi, chennai or Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations for industrial projects, create and execute strategic sales plans, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and manage a sales team to reach company goals. The role also involves market analysis, identifying trends, and driving the acquisition of new business opportunities while maintaining excellence in client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify, target, and engage potential clients.
  • Effective team management and leadership abilities to motivate and oversee the performance of the sales team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Market research and data analysis skills to identify industry trends and develop strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Experience in the shutter or automation industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
