Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vidisha for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Collaboration with other departments to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and key account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Vidisha and manage day-to-day operations effectively
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA would be an advantage
  • Experience in industries such as technology, data science, or AI-based services would be a plus
