We are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy sales professionals who can help us scale the next multi-crore growth phase.
Role Overview
The ZeaCloud Sales role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, solution positioning, and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and work closely with the technical and presales teams to deliver tailored private/hybrid cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion
- Position ZeaCloud's private/hybrid cloud value proposition to CXOs, IT heads, and architects
- Understand customer cloud strategy and map ZeaCloud solutions (Infrastructure-as-a-Service IaaS, Platform-as-a-Service PaaS, Backup-as-a-Service BaaS, DR-as-a-Service DRaaS, SASE-as-a-Service SASEaaS, SOC-as-a-Service SOCaaS, FinOps etc.)
- Prepare presentations, proposals, BoQs, and commercial offers
- Work with presales to lead customer workshops, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs
- Maintain strong CXO relationships with SMB, BFSI, SaaS, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and enterprise accounts.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity progress in CRM
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Provide market insights, competition intel, pricing, and customer expectations
Experience Required
3–8 years in B2B IT Sales with strong exposure to:
- Private Cloud / Dedicated Cloud
- Virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
- IaaS, Managed Services, Hosted DC, Colo
- Compute, Storage, Networking
- Backup, DR, HA, Firewalls, Security
- Cloud pricing & TCO understanding
Preferred Industry Background
Experience in one of the following environments is a strong advantage:
- E2E Networks, ESDS, Sify, NTT, Yotta, Web Werks, CtrlS
- OEM/Partner ecosystems (Dell, VMware, Red Hat, Cisco)
- Cloud/Infra solution providers
- BFSI, SaaS, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Gov/PSU verticals
Skills & Competencies
- Strong solution-selling approach (not transactional)
- Excellent communication, storytelling & presentation skills
- Ability to engage CXOs confidently
- Strong proposal writing & documentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- High ownership, self-driven, competitive mindset
Preferred Certifications

- RHCE / Linux Admin
