Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Department: Sales& Marketing

Work Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad,

Reports To (Position): National Sales Head

Travel Requirements: This position requires 70-

80% travel

Job responsibilities:

  • Achievement of sales & collection in an assigned territory.
  • Technically understand Customer's requirements and provide solutions for NDTProducts, adding valuein terms of better performance & improved process efficacy.
  • Provide Product Demonstration to customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive,
  • Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting &foundries, and HeavyFabrication, etc. &
  • help customers appreciate the true value of ZChem Products,s resulting in business generation.
  • 5. Manage a team of Dealer/Distributors Sales Representatives &ensure optimal product performance in customers processes.
  • Strategize and plan for sales, forecasting, pricing, distribution, and Key Account Management, & overall profitability.
  • Conduct effective Market Research, and Competitors Analysis, and applythis information to increase sales.
  • Estimation of RFQs and Sales proposals.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists, and other sensitive company information.
  • To interact with Customers, Principals, and Dealers for pre- and post-project activities.
  • Handle all technical support.
  • Developing proof of performance, case studies, trialreports & othercollaterals.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers &scout for new areas of value addedthrough Application Engineering.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering /Electrical Engineering
  • MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage

Experience

  • 2-10 Years Sales Experience of Industrial Consumables such as Welding Products, Lubricants, Cutting Tools, etc.
