Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. Your role will include developing and managing a sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized financial solutions tailored to client needs, oversee market trends, and implement effective sales strategies. Guiding and coaching team members to achieve performance goals will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities tailored toward understanding market trends and customer needs
  • Leadership skills for mentoring and guiding sales teams toward achieving individual and organizational goals
  • Proficiency in financial products and services with an ability to tailor solutions for diverse customer segments in Retail, MSME, or Corporate Banking
  • Working knowledge of current banking technologies and a tech-savvy attitude
  • Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in sales and client management, is highly beneficial.
