Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Relationship Officer with strong experience in DSA sourcing for secured loans, including LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to the DSA market, manage lead sourcing, and drive loan origination while maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source leads and business opportunities through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for secured loans, LAP, and Home Loans.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous lead flow.
• Assess client eligibility and verify documentation in line with internal credit policies.
• Manage end-to-end loan processing in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and loan disbursements.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in DSA sourcing and strong knowledge of the DSA market.
• Experience in secured loans, LAP, or Home Loans.
• Ability to manage multiple DSAs and track loan pipelines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to compliance standards.
• CIBIL score of 650 or above is mandatory.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
