Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily job responsibilities for team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and production capacity.
• Provide training and guidance to employees to support performance improvement and achievement of production goals.
• Investigate operational challenges, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure final products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
