WeVOIS Labs Pvt Ltd is a full-stack solid waste management company located in Jaipur.

WeVOIS has recently commissioned a recycling plant focused on converting post-consumer and post-waste into recycled fibre for multiple downstream applications.

This role is responsible for building predictable, long-term revenue by securing multi-year sales and offtake agreements with B2B customers across multiple waste streams.

This is a strategic sales role, not a transactional or distributor-led position.

Key Responsibilities 1. Long-Term Sales & Contracting
  • Identify and onboard anchor customers for recycled textile fibre
  • Negotiate and close 15 year offtake agreements covering:
  • Volume commitments
  • Pricing mechanisms (fixed / indexed / floor pricing)
  • Quality specifications and SLAs
  • Convert spot buyers into contractual, recurring customers

2. Customer & Market Development
  • Build relationships with industrial buyers
  • Manage trials, sampling, audits, and approvals
  • Expand use-cases for recycled products in advanced applications

3. Commercial & Pricing Strategy
  • Track virgin vs recycled material pricing trends
  • Support leadership in price discovery and margin planning
  • Ensure pricing aligns with plant economics and capacity utilisation

4. Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with:
  • Plant operations (quality, production planning)
  • Finance (invoicing, collections, credit terms)
  • Logistics & dispatch teams
  • Provide demand forecasts to support plant scheduling

5. Sales Governance
  • Maintain contract documentation and sales MIS
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to agreed credit terms
  • Monitor customer performance and contract compliance
Candidate ProfileMust-Have
  • 510 years of B2B sales experience
  • Commodity or bulk material sales
  • Proven experience in long-term contract negotiation
  • Strong understanding of pricing, volumes, and quality-driven sales
Good to Have
  • Exposure to recycled or alternative materials
  • Export or institutional sales experience
  • Experience working with manufacturing plants
