Role Description

This is a hybrid full-time role for a Sales Manager-West U.P based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, build and maintain strong client relationships and drive sales team performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, monitoring market trends and providing mentorship to the sales team to ensure optimum performance. The role also involves managing key accounts and creating strategies for maintaining and expanding market presence in the West U.P region.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and drive business growth in the region.
  • Competence in Team Management and Account Management with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and motivate team members.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies for business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead negotiations, convey brand objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the Alcobev industry preferred along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
