Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, Ahmedabad and Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships by identifying prospects, presenting customized financial solutions, and meeting sales goals. Key day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, resolving client queries, and providing insights on retirement-specific financial planning. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
• Customer relationship management and client engagement expertise
• Knowledge of financial planning, retirement planning, and risk management strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and organizational goals
• Prior experience in financial services or sales is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable
