Role Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand VEICHI's business in India. This role focuses on achieving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans for the region.
• Manage and grow key customer and distributor accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and conduct market analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver efficient and customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast business trends.
• Enhance VEICHI's brand visibility and market share in India.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (required)

MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or related fields
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong business development and key account management abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across regions
