About the Role

As a Sales Manager Used Two-Wheeler Loan , you will be responsible for scaling the two-wheeler lending business within a designated area. The role focuses on acquiring customers, growing the asset base, and delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-driven manner. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to ensure a seamless customer experience and position IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred banking partner.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire customers for used two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and generate references from the designated catchment area.
  • Grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) base for two-wheeler lending solutions while meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets.
  • Collaborate with the Product Head Two-Wheeler Loans to deliver best-in-class funding solutions and ensure key DSTs are appropriately incentivized.
  • Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
  • Monitor and adapt to changing market trends and develop channels for business acquisition.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and design a fulfilling customer journey that leads to customer delight.
  • Promote IDFC FIRST Bank as the primary banking partner for customers.
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory frameworks across the business.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of retail asset products and operations.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Any discipline
  • Post Graduation (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail lending or financial services, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle loans.

Skills and Attributes
