Sales Manager (upto 6LPA)

We handle all aspects of rental management, from tenant sourcing and rent collection to maintenance and legal support. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks will include meeting potential clients, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the property management team to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
