Job Description

The Sales Manager will drive sales targets, lead the sales team, build client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role demands strong leadership, market awareness, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team; set targets, track performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage channel partnersonboarding, training, engagement, and participation in launches/events.
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and project launches; share market insights and customer feedback.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, resolving queries and maintaining accurate CRM data and documentation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track forecasts, pipeline, conversions, and inventory movement.
  • Oversee accurate handling of booking forms, agreements, and related documentation.

Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record in meeting targets and managing teams.
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market.
