Job Description

We have urgent requirements in International Sales and Marketing Profile in Pharma industry background (Pellets Segment Only).

One of our clients is looking for a International Sales Manager to handle global business development for the Pharmaceutical Pellets segment. The ideal candidate must have 36 years of strong international sales experience, a proven record of business growth outside India, and hands-on experience working in at least one overseas market. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain long-term international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for assigned international markets.

  • Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients across global markets.

  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence for pharmaceutical pellet products.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

  • Travel internationally for client meetings, market visits, and business negotiations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order processing and export activities.

  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, conferences, and industry exhibitions.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with international partners.

  • Ensure adherence to international regulatory guidelines and internal company standards.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management review.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.

  • 36 years of international sales experience specifically in Pellets Sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and securing new international business.

  • Mandatory experience of visiting and working in at least one international market.

  • Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical regulations and export processes.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
