Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, leading sales teams, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing department to align sales strategies with company goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Market Research and Analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a deadline-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
