Role Description

This is a Freelancing & full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in North-India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. The role also involves exploring potential clients in the renewable energy sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with market needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including expertise in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Business development, strategic planning, and market research skills
  • Knowledge of the energy sector, including renewable energy solutions like solar, EV, and related products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM tools
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Previous sales management experience is a plus
