Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer potential and business opportunities.
- Drive revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and account management.
- Manage MIS reporting, sales analytics, and market intelligence.
- Act as the voice of the customer to enhance user experience and strengthen relationships.
- Support competitive analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful execution of company services.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and training on new modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new product ideas and enhancements.
