Role Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager (Online) to drive business growth through strong partnerships with travel agents and B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships, increasing market revenue, and ensuring competitive market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with travel agents and B2B partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Drive sales of the company's multi-product travel portal (Flights, Rail, Bus, Hotels, Insurance, and related travel services) by acquiring, managing, and growing travel agent partnerships within the assigned region.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Conduct product training sessions for travel agent partners to improve product understanding and sales performance.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Drive net revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing partnerships.
  • Ensure market demand is consistently met and exceeded through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain rate competitiveness and monitor market trends to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support.
  • Provide proactive regional sales insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, mandatory in the travel sales industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in handling travel agent networks and partner engagement is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of online sales channels and market dynamics.
