Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and building brand reputation locally and regionally. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales strategies, identifying potential opportunities, setting and achieving sales targets, overseeing negotiations and contracts, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team, preparing performance reports, and ensuring consistent high-quality service is delivered to clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in client relationship management, business development, and customer retention
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and local sales strategies in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales personnel effectively
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
