Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bangalore Urban. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing client-focused travel solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with key clients, preparing and presenting tailored travel packages, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to maximize revenue. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a crucial aspect of the role.

SALARY
18,000 to 25,000 plus incentives

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including customizable tour packages and luxury travel experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to client needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
