Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with the possibility of remote work on certain occasions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for business growth in the renewable energy sector. Key responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy products and services
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Leadership abilities to manage and guide a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for remote work when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in renewable energy or a similar industry is highly preferred
