Role Description
This is a Hybrid position.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Sales Manager located in Kerala and Tamil Nadu., with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.The Sales Manager will drive target achievement, conduct market research, oversee operations, manage CRM systems, optimize sales processes, mentor the sales team, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- 5-7 Years of Proven expertise in sales, operations, and business development.
- Leadership, team management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Market Research skills and ability to stay up to date on industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Tamil & English; proficiency in Malayalam & Hindi is a plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and online booking platforms
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
- Strong understanding of the Kerala and Tamil Nadu travel markets (key destinations, customer segments, competitive landscape).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant area.
- Target-driven mindset with strong initiative and resilience.
- Experience in sales or related field is preferred
- Experience in the software industry is a plus.
