Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients by pitching relevant media solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business needs and provide customised media solutions.
2. Sales Planning & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across media assets (OOH, digital screens, airport media, transit, etc.).
- Create tailored proposals aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional media opportunities to existing clients.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging sectors for potential growth.
- Provide insights to management for pricing, product positioning, and campaign planning.
4. Proposal Development & Pitching
- Prepare impactful sales pitches, media plans, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (planning, operations, finance, creative) to deliver accurate proposals.
- Ensure proposals meet client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
5. Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Share detailed briefs, monitor campaign progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high service quality.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated client records, sales pipelines, and activity reports in CRM or internal systems.
- Manage documentation including agreements, PO collection, approvals, and billing follow-up.
- Ensure all pricing, negotiation, and approvals follow company guidelines.
7. Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate pricing, terms, deliverables, and timelines with clients and agencies.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and support finance for payment follow-ups.
- Maximise profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
8. Collaboration With Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new offerings and campaign ideas.
- Share client feedback to improve product offerings and processes.
9. Client Servicing & Retention
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct campaign reviews, share performance reports, and identify areas for future collaboration.
- Ensure renewals and repeat business.
10. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow all internal policies, approval systems, and pricing frameworks.
- Ensure legal, commercial, and compliance processes are adhered to during deal closures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- MBA preferable
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
