Job Description

Aquarious Technology is expanding its international business development team and is looking for a high-performing Global Sales Manager with strong outbound sales expertise in the US and Canada IT services market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading outbound outreach efforts for custom software development, AI solutions, and IT staffing services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new clients in the US & Canada region
  • Build a strong pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and partnerships
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the delivery team to propose the right solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance
  • Maintain strong industry awareness, market research, and competitive intelligence
  • Represent Aquarious in international discussions, demos, and client presentations

Qualifications

  • 510 years of proven experience in IT services outbound sales
  • Demonstrated success in selling software development, digital transformation, AI, or IT staffing services
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape in US & Canada
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals
  • Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
