- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for LAP loans.
- Client and channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage relationships with various sales channels like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Process coordination: Work with other departments, such as credit, legal, and operations, to ensure the smooth and timely processing and disbursement of LAP loans.
- Market analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and borrower profiles to refine sales approaches.
