Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting suitable commercial properties, negotiating deals, and finalizing contracts. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, property showings, market analysis, maintaining client relationships, and providing after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

- Knowledge of commercial real estate market in Pune

- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is a plus
