Role Description

As a Senior Manager in a Client-Facing Role for B2B Sales, you will oversee account management, identify expansion opportunities, and build relationships with business partners. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, and providing strategic recommendations. As a team leader, you will guide, mentor, and monitor junior team members to ensure operational and sales goals align effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune.

Qualifications

Client Facing Experience Must.

  • Strong expertise in B2B Sales, Account Management, and New Client Acquisition
  • Experience in Building Client Relationships, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while achieving targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
