Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Delhi, focusing on selling Nurse Call Systems (wired and wireless), Queue Management Systems, and Wireless Pager Systems. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in corporate hospitals, QSRs, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with corporate hospitals, government institutions, and hospitality clients to drive product sales.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with decision-makers.
  • Track and respond to government tenders for healthcare systems.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to generate leads and support client requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Delhi region.
  • Client Acquisition: Secure partnerships with 8-10 corporate hospitals or equivalent accounts each quarter.
  • Government Tender Success: Identify and bid for at least 2-3 relevant government tenders monthly.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for lead generation, proposals, and client support.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated and active sales pipeline in CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Delhi's corporate and government healthcare landscape is a plus.
