Key Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Onboard new sellers on the Flipkart platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers
• Guide sellers on product listing, pricing, and catalog management
• Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of seller accounts
• Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
• Resolve seller queries and coordinate with internal teams
• Monitor seller performance and suggest improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Account Management
• Good understanding of E-commerce and online marketplaces
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license
