Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales/BFSI Sales

CTC: 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Kota, Udaipur, Jaipur, Alwar - RJ

Responsibilities:

• Manage & grow agency/channel sales
• Recruit, train & motivate sales team
• Drive premium growth & achieve area targets
• Develop strong distributor & customer network
• Monitor team performance & field activities

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduation.
• Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
