Talentbolt is partnering with a fast-growing Singapore-based deep-tech company to hire a Commercial Lead / Sales Manager.
Our client is transforming the future of maritime maintenance through autonomous underwater robotics. Their innovative technology helps shipowners improve fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, extend coating lifespan, and meet increasingly stringent environmental regulations. In 2026, their technology was selected by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) to participate in its prestigious in-water hull cleaning innovation trials, validating its innovation and market potential.
As the company expands across Asia and into global shipping markets, they are looking for an ambitious sales professional to drive commercial growth.
This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new markets, and closing strategic enterprise deals.
You will be responsible for growing the company's customer base by engaging shipowners, ship managers, fleet operators, and other key maritime stakeholders. Working closely with the leadership and technical teams, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract execution.
Experience in one or more of the following industries will be highly advantageous:
Existing relationships with shipowners, fleet operators, ship managers, or maritime decision-makers will be a strong advantage.
