Job Description

Position: Sales Manager

Location – Chennai, Kerala (Ernakulam or Kochi Based) & Jaipur

Experience – 6-8 years of Exposure

As a Sales Representative at our client, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales. With your passion for sales and commitment to excellence, you will drive strategic initiatives that propel our organisation to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineers) architects, interior designers, and builders to enhance the company's presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Customer Success:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.

A Must to Get Onboard:

Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), home appliances, energy efficiency, or renewable energy industry.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Engineering: A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering is preferred.

ITI Certification: A certification from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in relevant trades, such as electrician, refrigeration, and air-conditioning, can be beneficial.
