Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Revenue Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads via Meta/Google leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements/vision, providing expert advice on design, materials, and product selection (wardrobes, furniture, etc.). Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate design proposals and quotations, ultimately closing sales. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to encourage referrals and repeat business. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. 

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience: Proven sales experience in interior design Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and industry trends. Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a team environment. 

Education: Any Bachelor/Master degree ( Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is generally preferred).
