Role Overview
- Drive sales across which includes Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa.
- Work while managing field sales activities.
- Coordinate with Navi Mumbai marketing team for leads

Responsibilities
- Develop business in API, Pharma, Chemical and Water industries.
- Convert leads into orders.
- Supervise Junior Field Engineer and track visits.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage & track KPI of field engineers & Self.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 8+ Years (B2B Manufacturing Preferred)
- Manufacturing/industrial sector preferred.
- Strong field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving targets
Preferred Profile
- Based in Mumbai
- Strong network in API/Pharma/Chemical/Water sectors.
- Experience in filtration, HVAC or industrial equipment.
