Job Description: Sales Manager Digital Inventory & Media Solutions

Location: Mumbai | Delhi | Bangalore (Immediate Joining)

Reporting to: Business Head Media Growth

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory Digital Sales Background)

Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Variable Pay (Linear to Revenue)

1. Executive Summary: The Mission

Integrated Media is seeking a Sales Manager who embodies Yin and Yang Thinkingsomeone who masters the Art of relationship building and the Science of data-driven attribution. You will be responsible for driving revenue for leading digital platforms across the Fluid Audience landscape: Search, Browse, Shop, and Stream.

In an era of Agentic Ad-Tech, we aren't looking for order-takers. We are looking for Growth Engineers who can consult brands on how to pierce the Agentic Wall and maintain brand salience in a fragmented digital ecosystem.

2. Key Responsibilities: The Orchestration

Revenue Generation & Growth

Hunting & Acquisition: Identify and close high-value partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 brands and media agencies.

Inventory Monetization: Sell premium display, video, programmatic, and native inventory across our platform portfolio.

Pitch Mastery: Develop bespoke, data-backed pitch decks that move beyond CPMs to solve for business outcomes like Incremental Reach and Brand Lift.

Strategic Consulting (The DICE Approach)

Immerse: Understand client business challenges (e.g., Paradox of Choice) and map them to our digital solutions.

Consult: Act as a Full-Stack Media Strategist, advising clients on Budget Fluidity and shifting spends to where the audience is currently flowing.

Execute: Work with internal teams to ensure Content Atomization is realized through the ad units sold.

Relationship & Pipeline Management

Maintain a robust, clean CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Build deep-rooted relationships with Agency Trading Desks (ATDs) and Brand Managers.

Navigate the Agentic Wall by ensuring client data hygiene allows for effective AI-driven targeting.

3. Candidate Profile: The DNA

Mandatory Experience

Digital-Only Pedigree: A minimum of 5 years of hardcore experience in Digital Media Sales. Candidates from Print, TV, or Radio without a primary digital track record will not be considered.

Agency Network: Existing, hot relationships with major media agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, etc.) in your respective city.

Technical & Intellectual Skills

Fluency in Metrics: Deep understanding of CTR, VTR, ROAS, Viewability, and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).

Byron Sharp Literacy: Understanding of Mental Availability and how digital reach contributes to long-term brand growth.

Agile Mindset: Ability to pivot strategies as platform algorithms change.
