Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, manage sales processes, set and achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and optimizing the sales pipeline to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management experience
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a dynamic sales team
• Data analysis, forecasting, and the ability to leverage market insights for decision-making
• Time management and problem-solving skills to address sales challenges effectively
• Experience in sales management in a similar industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
