We're looking for a Sales Leader who knows that in Sports, the Surface Matters.

At Gravolite, we've spent over 50 years manufacturing the foundation of Indian sports. From the mats used in the Pro Kabaddi League to high-end synthetic tracks and Mats, our products are where Olympic dreams begin.

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Sports Segment to lead our infrastructure projects. We don't want a generic salesman; we need someone who understands that a sports floor is a precision instrument designed for safety and performance.

What you'll be doing for Gravolite:

  • Technical Consulting: You won't just hand over a catalog. You'll sit with architects, stadium developers, and school boards to explain the science of force reduction, ball bounce, and athlete safety.
  • Site Management: You're comfortable in a hard hat. You'll guide the process from the first site measurement to the final precision installation, ensuring our global standards are met every single time.
  • Closing Landmarks: You'll be the primary face of Gravolite for high-value projects—private academies, corporate sports hubs, and major institutional upgrades.

  • What we need from you:

    • Deep Industry Roots: 5–10 years of experience specifically in Sports Infrastructure or Flooring. You should already have the trust of sports architects and project consultants.
    • The Build Mindset: We are moving from an owner-led model to a professional one. We need someone who is excited to define the strategy, not just follow a manual.
    • Technical Integrity: You understand why a certain thickness or material matters. You care about the Technical Truth as much as the sale.
