Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager – Sponsorships & Delegate Acquisition. Based in Hyderabad, this position allows for a mix of in-office work and remote flexibility. The primary responsibilities include driving sponsorship sales, managing delegate acquisition processes, nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and delivering targeted revenue results. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to curate sponsorship packages and tailoring solutions to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation
  • Proficiency in Building Client Relationships and Account Management
  • Skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
  • Knowledge of Event Planning, Conference Sales in specific to Pharma Industry is a plus
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment and Meet Sales Targets
  • Comfort with Hybrid Work Setup (office and remote)
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
