Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Other key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales forecasts, and mentoring sales team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales / Marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close Software development, customization and software subscription deals.
  • Target-driven and business-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Good understanding of Software products like ERP, CRM, HRMS and Shopping Cart .
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially while dealing with international/foreign clients.
  • Experience in end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
