Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales initiatives and accelerate business growth across India.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast sales performance, and present periodic reports to leadership.
- Represent SecurityBoat at client meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
Package offered:10-12 LPA and above, commensurate with qualifications and performance.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to identify opportunities, build trust, and deliver value-driven sales solutions.
