Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and demonstrating the value of Source Code Lab's solutions. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role is crucial to expanding the company's market footprint within the iGaming industry.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Software Sales
  • Strong foundations in data scraping and lead generation
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, white-label solutions, and game development services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and key account management
  • Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple clients and projects
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or technology sales is an advantage
