Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Solar PV Modules, based in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding the client base, and building successful relationships with key stakeholders. Duties include identifying emerging markets, overseeing sales performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless coordination with product development and marketing. Developing and executing business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market growth are also key components of the role.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and negotiating deals in the solar energy or renewable energy sector
  • Knowledge of Solar PV Modules, renewable energy technologies, and industry trends
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to manage teams, set goals, and monitor sales performance
  • Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
