Role Description

As a Sales Manager in the Solar Pumping Industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, leading sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will oversee the sales operations, ensuring targets are met while adhering to company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Solar Pump technology and related renewable energy products
• Experience in Marketing, Market Analysis, and Customer Engagement
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and offer tailored solutions to clients
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Willingness to travel within designated regions as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are an added advantage
