Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, developing and executing sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
